Shape
The Shape luminaire is built in such a way as to pass air through the appliance, allowing the system to benefit from heat dispersion and minimize cleaning time and frequency. All technical parts are protected from overheating, thus optimizing the life of the appliance. Air circulation and the smooth top surface reduce the deposition of harmful dust to the heat balance.
Two versions of optical system
Shape is provided with optics in two versions: medium beam and asymmetrical beam. They are suitable for particularly high storage warehouses and, in the case of asymmetrical lenses, are particularly suitable for spreading the light without any loss of illumination in the narrow lanes between the shelves. Regarding the optics, each LED has its own lens: this construction allows you to direct the light with absolute precision and therefore with efficiency, keeping it well shielded.
Resistant in critical industrial environments
The Shape product optics are specially designed to withstand critical industrial environments with chemical agents, gases or oily content. The safety refractor lense in the form of easy-to-clean tempered glass, contributes to the protection.
The Shape family of products includes two different power measurements with different luminous fluxes. Mounting heights range from 6 to 15 meters. Therefore this appliance lends itself to illuminating large industrial depots and storage warehouses. The choice of color temperatures includes the 3000K, 4000K and 6500K.
Shape is a very powerful and compact industrial appliance and therefore easy to handle. Its weight is 7.78 Kg and it can be mounted by a single person. A rope or chain suspension point is sufficient for fast installation. An exterior IP66 cable is already installed in the unit to allow connection without opening the luminaire.
Shape has two types of power supply, the first is non-dimmable for environments that do not require light flux adjustments. The second is the dimmable DALI and leverages on all light management capabilities. The system, connected to appropriate controls, saves a lot of energy and adjusts to changing situations.
Shape devices can be connected to HiSense accessories which act as the control system, an intelligent way to obtain maximum energy efficiency. Daylight is used as a natural source and integrated with artificial lighting so that constant workplace brightness is always ensured.Factories are using automated production processes more and more, forming areas or departments where people are no longer present, or perhaps are only occasionally present to carry out checks and controls. The light management system can quickly record this situation and reduce the brightness to the minimum, then bring it back to the regulatory level when movement is detected.
