The Cloud lighting body
The Cloud luminaire is built in such a way as to pass air through the device, a system benefiting from heat dispersion and which also minimizes cleaning time. All technical parts are protected from overheating, which optimizes the life of the appliance. The circulation of air with forcing at the hood, the sloping surfaces of the upper part reduce the deposition of noxious dust to the heat balance.
Three versions of optical system
Cloud is provided in three versions of optical system: extra wide, wide and medium beam. Cloud has been studied to spread a correct and homogeneous brightness in the various structural typologies of the indoor production units, warehouses and so on. For wide and medium type optics, every single LED has its own lens: this construction allows you to direct the light with absolute precision and therefore with efficiency, while keeping it well shielded.
Protection and safety
The Cloud products optics are designed specifically to withstand critical industrial environments with chemical agents, gases or oily content. The safety refractor in the form of easy-to-clean tempered glass, contributes to the protection.
The Cloud product family is composed of devices of four power strengths with very different luminous fluxes. Mounting heights range from 4 to 15 meters. Therefore, this appliance is suitable for environments of all sizes, from small workshop to large industrial warehouses. The choice of color temperatures include: 3000K, 4000K and 6500K
Versatility
Cloud is a very powerful yet compact industrial appliance and is therefore easy to handle. Its weight varies from 5.9 to 8.1 Kg and this allows it to be mounted by a single person. A rope or chain suspension point is sufficient, in order to instal it with speed. An exterior cable with IP67 connector is already installed in the unit to allow external connection without opening the luminaire.
Cloud has two types of power supply, the first is not dimmable for environments that do not require light flux adjustments. The second is the dimmable DALI and leverages on all light management capabilities. This system is connected to appropriate controls saving a lot of energy and adjusting to changing situations.
Energy saving
Cloud devices can be connected to HiSense accessories which act as the control system, an intelligent way to obtain maximum energy efficiency. Daylight is used as a natural source and is integrated with artificial lighting so that constant brightness is always ensured in the areas where work is taking place. Factories are using automated production processes more and more, forming areas or departments where people are no longer present, or perhaps are only occasionally present to carry out checks and controls. The light management system can quickly record this situation and reduce the brightness to the minimum, then bring it back to the regulatory level when movement is detected.
